strategic sales leadership, and entrepreneurial insight to her role as Leader of Veterinary Self-Driving Practice
Sales at Sikka.ai.
With a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a professional background spanning
veterinary medicine, animal health sales, and business ownership, Shelby has developed a deep
understanding of the challenges veterinary professionals face in both clinical practice and business
operations.
Prior to joining Sikka.ai, Shelby served as a Territory Business Manager at Zoetis,
where she built relationships with veterinary professionals and helped practices identify solutions to
improve patient care and business performance. Her experience working in veterinary practice, combined
with founding and operating Kookaburra Creek Farm, gives her a unique perspective on the demands of
running a successful animal care business.
Shelby is passionate about bridging the gap between innovative technology and the
people who use it. At Sikka.ai, she is focused on helping veterinary practices leverage artificial
intelligence to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and empower veterinary teams to spend more
time doing what matters most, caring for animals.
Outside of her professional career, Shelby breeds and trains Nova Scotia Duck Tolling
Retrievers for AKC obedience, hunt tests, agility and conformation. She is also an avid equestrian,
reflecting her lifelong commitment to animals.
